What I hate about the anime Stitch! is that it invalidates this scene. Lilo literally abandoned Stitch for 20+ years. Long enough for her to have her own daughter when they’re reunited. If her bond with Stitch was so strong it was literally capable of doing the impossible by reviving Stitch. Then she never would’ve had a fight with him that would cause such a strain on their relationship that they’d part ways for 20 odd years. Even if the fight did happen she would’ve literally moved Heaven and Earth just to find Stitch so she could apologize. Even if the fight was Stitch’s fault in the first place she would’ve forgiven him way sooner than 20 goddamn fucking years. So to me Stitch! doesn’t exist or at the very least isn’t canon to the main story of Lilo & Stitch.

I hate when people criticize my opinions coz I don’t like the movie, I don’t really and they think I’m entitled. I’m trying not to be. I never pictured Magnifico as a bad guy. His backstory was pretty sad and he wanted to start fresh. As it turns out that this is happening again, twice. People of Rosa are selfish and greedy just because their wish is either good or bad and questioning his rulings. Asha, on the hand, is no different. Just because the king says no does not mean he is in the wrong.

I've said for years how I do not hate CGI animation, I'm just really tired of it. I really wish that not just Disney, but other studios, would return to traditional hand-drawn 2D animation. I think it's a bit ironic how in the 90's, CGI was a really big deal but nowadays, it's pretty much taken over for it's cheaper and easier.

I always thought that the reason that King Harold hated Shrek (and possibly all Ogres) was because Harold was born a Frog and Ogres are known to kill Frogs in the Shrekverse. I mean, we legit see Shrek make a balloon out of a frog in the first movie. I don’t doubt that he’s eaten his fair share of frog legs while living in his Swamp. Harold’s body may have changed, but I doubt his instincts have. He sees Shrek as a monster and as a predator. Even so, given Harold’s hesitance and sheepishness in hiring Puss in Boots to kill Shrek, I sincerely doubt he had ever ordered an Ogre be killed before. If anything, I’d assume that small-time Lords like Farquaad primarily hire Bounty Hunters like Puss to kill Ogres so that they can take their land.

I think it’s very possible this was reading way too much into her. First and foremost, she’s a September Libra. It’s in her style, her sensuality, her balance of character. She is full of empathy, but able to operate cold and heartless if she needs to be.
